Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have all tags attached, be unworn, no perfumes or odors.
Several items such as clearance items or one of a kinds are non-returnable and sold as is, these will be marked on the product page itself.

Intimate items are non-returnable due to hygiene issues.
To complete your return, you MUST email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RA number and the address to return your item(s) to. We use multiple suppliers and warehouses to get you the best deals and we do NOT under any circumstances accept returns to our Florida offices.
If you return an item without first receiving an RA number and the address to send your return to you will be billed for the additional shipping and handling that will be required for us to ship it to the correct place.
You will receive a Store Credit minus shipping and handling, restocking fees charged by our suppliers once the return(s) are processed and inspected.
We only authorize your credit card when you place your order. After we have determined the item(s) you have ordered are in stock and ready to ship, only then will we charge your credit card. *NOTE* We have no way to remove a credit card authorization. If something is not in stock and your card has only been authorized, you will have to contact your bank or credit card issuer to request that they remove the authorization. We cannot refund authorizations only as we do not have your money when it's only an authorization.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org Do NOT send your order to our Florida offices, this will result in additional shipping and handling charges for you and will delay your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please understand that if you chose our "free shipping", the shipping was not free to us, we did pay for shipping and therefore your Store Credit or refund will be minus shipping and handling and restocking fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and handling and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
